$6.9 MILLION IN FUNDRAISING IN 2019 THANKS TO EVERYONE IN OUR INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY
Every year, either directly or through the community, JDRF delivers over 100 fundraising activities. In 2019, thousands of Australians participated and contributed to the $6.9m in funds raised through JDRF events whether it was at One Walk, a Gala Ball, through donations or a community activity.
ONE WALK 2019

This year also saw the highest attendance in seven years for our One Walks, where collectively over 6,200 registered and thousands more attended on the day, making it our largest community campaign. Thank you to the dedicated volunteers, Walk hosts, staff and community members who supported, fundraised, advocated, and walked on the day to support the #JDRFBlueArmy.

In its first year, it had two Australian locations in velodromes located in Sydney and Melbourne and teams were also able to join from anywhere in the world to participate.
